DJANHAN Advisory Services (D-AS) is an independent advisory boutique established in May 2019 but operating since January 2022 and specializing in:
-Strategy and Corporate Finance: Equity transactions; Financial structuring and restructuring; Financial modeling and Valuation
-The Brokerage in Banking transactions (IOB) or bank broker through order number 0328 / MEF / DGTCP / DECFinEX of July 06, 2023 and placed under the supervision of the BCEAO under the number CI00012 / IOB / 2023
-Fundraising advisory.
D-AS has international know-how, independent expertise based on our pragmatic and a solid network of financial and banking partners.
D-AS supports private and public sector players in their debt/equity transactions.
This support starts from the planning stage through to project completion.

BIOGRAPHY OF THE MANAGING PARTNER
Graduate in Money, Macroeconometrics and Financial Engineering from the Johann Wolfgang GOETHE Universität in Frankfurt/Main - Germany and in Strategic Finance from IMD in Lausanne - Switzerland, he has over 20 years experience in banking and the financial markets with BNP PARIBAS and DZ BANK AG in Frankfurt/M, Germany; PROMETEO Investment Services in Lugano, Switzerland; GINALFI in Paris, France as a Market (Trader, Sales and Broker) and most recently at PHOENIX CAPITAL MANAGEMENT in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire in charge of the Capital Markets and Assetand Asset Management Department.
Mr DJANHAN is currently putting his experience at the service of DJANHAN ADVISORY SERVICES, where he is involved in intermediation of banking transactions, strategy and corporate finance advisory and fundraising as well as advising social security institutions
